This is a 12 week randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled, fixed-dose, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of Dasotraline in adults with moderate to severe binge eating disorder.

• Ages 18-55
• Meets criteria for diagnosis of BED
• No drugs and/or alcohol
• No diagnosis for Bulimia Nervosa or Anorexia Nervosa
• No diabetes, moderate to severe hypertension, history of epilepsy/seizures, history of HIV or Hepatitis
• At least 3 months without psychostimulants or mood stabilizers
