This study is to evaluate the efficacy of IX-01 on intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), patient-reported outcomes, and safety in men with lifelong PE.

• Men aged 18-60 in a stable heterosexual relationship
• Men with lifelong PE
• No participants with prostate disease or any STDs
