This study is to evaluate the efficacy of adjunctive pimavanserin compared with adjunctive placebo in the treatment of schizophrenia.

• Age 18 and above
• Requires a diagnosis or presentation of Schizophrenia symptoms no earlier than 1 year ago
• Looking for individuals that have been on medication for more than 10 years
• Looking for individuals currently on medication
