This study is to evaluate the efficacy of Brexpiprazole as Monotherapy or as Combination Therapy in the treatment of Adults with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Subjects will be enrolled into a 12-week double-blind treatment period and will be randomized into one of four regimens: brexpiprazole monotherapy, brexpiprazole and Zoloft combination therapy, Zoloft monotherapy, and placebo.

• Ages 18-65
• Presenting symptoms of PTSD for at least 6 months
• No other psychiatric diagnosis
• Traumatic event occurred after the age of 16
