This is a 3-week study of Rapastinel administered IV weekly for Adults with Major Depressive Disorder.  There are studies which follow this one and provide the possibility for an additional 3 years of treatment depending on your response.

• Ages 18-65
• Current major depressive episode of at least 8 weeks and not exceeding 18 months
• No other psychiatric diagnosis
• You can stay on your current medication for depression
• No more than a partial response to current treatment
